Coupled Confessions

It’s here! Dan and I have started our very own joint blog, titled “Coupled Confessions” — the name will likely change and evolve with time, but for now, it can be accessed via coupledconfessions.com or danandmisono.com/blog.

For those who don’t know us, we’re a newlywed couple (our first wedding anniversary is creeping up on the 26th of this month) currently living in the Bay Area. I’m originally from the DC metropolitan area and grew up in Northern Virginia. Dan spent his early childhood moving around various parts of the East Coast, but moved to Northern California in 1996, so he has been out here for over half his lifetime.

The idea for this blog came about when Dan complained that I spend too much time blogging online and I pointed out that we should do more things together — so we decided, why not blog together? But the real purpose of this blog is for us to keep our family and friends up to date with our everyday lives.  Our hope is that our loved ones, both near and far, can drop by from time to time to see what we’ve been up to. Please don’t hesitate to leave comments, even it’s to tell us that Misono is getting fat and needs to hit the gym very badly, or that Dan looks like a monkey with his new haircut. We would love to hear from you!
