Last weekend, we received yet another generous box of hand-me-downs from my cousin Yuko. She often sends us a whole bunch of clothes and accessories, regardless of what season they’re for, so that we can sort through what Mio can wear now and put away or donate what won’t work for her. One of the items that was in the package this time was an adorable ladybug costume. We could tell that it would be way too small for Mio come Halloween, so we decided to snap some photos of her in it while we could!

I’m glad Mio has a sense of humor and that she just rolls with the crazy ideas and ridiculous antics that Dan and I involve her in. In our family, dress-up and costumes aren’t reserved for just Halloween — they’re great for year-round fun! 😀
