Our friends Jason and Tarrin tied the knot yesterday with a beautiful ceremony and reception at Mills College in Oakland. I’ve worked with Tarrin for the past four years and she is an awesome coworker as well as a wonderful friend. Tarrin and Jason are the type of couple everyone wants to be around — they are witty, fun, and oh-so-cute together. 🙂 We felt very lucky to be a part of their big day! (Even Mio was invited!)
Congratulations, Jason and Tarrin! We had a delightful time at the wedding, and look forward to many more years of continued friendship and memories with you two! Cheers to your happily ever after! ♥
heehee* They are kind of the same style, I agree… it wasn’t intentional but I assure you, I would take any opportunity to have matching mother-daughter outfits! 😛

HAHA I love the picture off Mio with her hands clasped.
Oops! I can’t believe I mixed up my own daughter’s name with my sister’s! lol. I’m turning into my mother… as Emily says, “shopping for names”!

Great pics, Misono! The Allen family was looking gorgeous, and Mio was a total delight, even when she was anxiously wringing her hands (hilarious!).
I am so sorry that I didn’t get to spend more time at the Wax table :-/ If I could have a do-over, I would have bee-lined it to your table first! Weddings really do fly by, and I suppose they are impossible to pull off without regrets!
A formal thank you note is headed your way, but for now, let me just say that the day would not have happened without you. Seriously. “Thank you” just doesn’t feel like enough 🙂
Thank you so much for inviting us and letting us be a part of your big day! We had so much fun, and you and Jason made the most charming, picture perfect couple! 🙂 I don’t think I’ve had that much fun at a wedding before! It was so guest-centric and laid-back and social, a nice departure from the traditional stiff and overly couple-centric weddings.
No worries about not being able to see us very much during the wedding — that’s what happens when you are the bride and groom! 🙂 Now that the wedding is over, you can focus on the move, and then once the move is over, we expect lots of opportunities to hang out with the Rices! 😀 At the wedding, we were all talking about how we should have a board game night again. ♥ We’d be happy to host again, too!

your dress seems coordinated with Mio’s…not the same color, but they just seem to go togehter. Was that intentional? 😛

lol… I’m not sure why her hands were clasped but it’s so funny-looking!

The fruit-punch dress is way cute. Seems like you all had a nice time. 🙂

It is really cute! It was a recent gift from a friend. Miwa was kind of cranky and cried during the reception but overall, we had a good time! 😀
