We spent a lot of September continuing to settle into our new home and neighborhood. Here are a handful of videos we took.
Some videos from the month of July…
Mio reading “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?”
Mirei is learning to use her fork! Here she is eating tofu on her own…
Breakfast on a Sunday morning:
Playing with toys at World Market
Mio doing a dance over her love for Lalaloopsy!
Since visiting Dutch Wonderland for the first time nearly two years ago, Mio has been continuing to rave about how much fun she had and how much she wants to go again. They say kids have such a short-term memory, but I was impressed that the theme park had made such a huge impression on Mio that she was still talking about it two years later! We couldn’t go last year because Mirei had just been born and required so much attention, but we really wanted to take both of them this summer! Mio’s wish came true when we took a day trip up to Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Sunday, July 19th to revisit Dutch Wonderland!
You can hear Mio screaming in delight in the video below!
Playing with disco lights before bedtime:
Mirei pretending to “read” my Kindle:
Mirei being goofy at lunch:
Tickles from Daddy!
Teatime and twirls:
Roll call! (Reminds me of this roll call video from over two years ago!)
The girls dancing with Daddy:
With the holiday season comes so much joy and laughter, and this month was definitely full of funny and sweet moments brought to us by our little girls! Here are some moments that brought smiles (and at times, uncontainable laughter) to our faces!
Mio making funny voices, trying to imitate Minnie Mouse:
The girls listening to the talking Mother Goose doll sent to them from their grandparents in California:
Mirei climbed into a cardboard box, we turned it into a makeshift bed… and it did not end well.
Mio randomly said this repeatedly one night…
Who is “John”?! We actually don’t know any Johns…?
Mio reading the library book we had borrowed for Mirei. She still loves baby books, and she’s still my baby. ♥
We hope these silly and heartwarming moments bring you some holiday cheer! Can’t believe it’s already Christmas tomorrow!
