I was going through baby stuff to get rid of, and came across this gem (which Mio woreÂ here). Naturally we had to turn Mirei into Olaf for the afternoon! 😉

Mio loved snowman Mirei! — Mio loved it and she kept going over and hugging Mirei and cupping her hands around her saying, “I’m building a snowman! It’s Olaf!”

We have been getting a lot of snow lately! Here are some photos from Sunday, February 21, when we went outside and played in the snow! This was Mirei’s first time being in the snow, and she seemed kind of stunned and fascinated by it.

Mio’s First Snowman

Following this winter’s first snowfall on Sunday, we gotÂ about five more inches of snow on Tuesday morning! Dan worked a partial day from home, and in the afternoon, we got to have some fun playing out in the snow in the backyard. (Mio’s preschool was cancelled both Monday and Tuesday, so she got to stay home too.)
